Have your custodial staff make up approximately 15' of plastic coated wire cable with loops at each end for each shelf.
The loops will need to fit through the skate housing openings for threading.
The cables can be threaded through the
area on the boot that has an opening.
This opening is usually between the bottom of the boot and the wheels.
Cable
all skates together per shelf wrapping the cable around the frame periodically so someone could not pull all the boots
off at one time.
Lock the loops together with a paddlock.
Note that not all skates may have a suitable opening to
thread the cable through.
Be sure to check your skates for openings as all skates can be different.
